REFUND POLICY:
30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, as indicated on your delivery tracking, to exercise your right of return, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty.
Conditions for Return
Unworn bracelets may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange.
Returns must be complete, in its original packaging, including the envelope, pouch, and all items originally included in the delivery. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned worn, incomplete, damaged or deliberately destroyed will not be accepted as a return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to olynya.wellness@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with return instructions and process your request within 2 business days.
All returns must be sent with a tracking number, which you must communicate to our customer service team by email at the time of your return or exchange request.
As part of our commitment to a worry-free experience, OLYNYA covers return shipping once per order, whether for a return, exchange, or replacement. Any subsequent return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Return shipping costs are always at OLYNYA's expense if the item is defective or an error was made by OLYNYA.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you do not wish to receive a replacement, please contact us at olynya.wellness@gmail.com to arrange the return of the item.
Exchanges
Size exchanges (M ↔ L) are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, contact us at olynya.wellness@gmail.com.
Each customer is entitled to one size exchange (M ↔ L). For any subsequent size exchange, a handling fee of 10€ will apply in addition to return shipping costs.
Finish exchanges (Classic ↔ Mirror Relief) are not accepted. Please ensure you select the correct finish at the time of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. OLYNYA cannot be held responsible for any additional delays imposed by financial institutions.

Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within the UAE, GCC, Morocco and Europe, and 5–10 business days internationally.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
