These terms and conditions of sale and use (the "T&Cs") govern the legal framework for the provision of the site and services by OLYNYA and define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User."

The site olynya.com provides users with free access to the following services: the online sale of pure copper wellness bracelets.
The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (hardware, software, internet connection) are the user's responsibility.

The site may moderate publications and reserves the right to refuse their publication without being required to justify this to the member.
The member retains full intellectual property rights over their content.
However, by publishing content on the site, the member grants the publishing company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute and disseminate their publication, directly or through an authorised third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of intellectual property protection. The member notably grants the right to use their publication on the internet and on mobile networks.
The publishing company undertakes to credit the member's name alongside each use of their publication.
All content posted online by the User is the User's sole responsibility. The User agrees not to post content that may harm the interests of third parties. Any legal action brought by an injured third party against the site shall be the sole responsibility of the User.
User content may be removed or modified at any time and for any reason by the site, without prior notice.
French law applies to these T&Cs. In the absence of an amicable resolution of any dispute between the parties, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 9 — DELIVERIES
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Delivered within the usual timeframe of 2 to 5 days, with a maximum of 10 days.
Estimated delivery times:
Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or refund unless the delay exceeds 13 business days from the confirmed dispatch date.
Worldwide shipping is offered free of charge on all orders.
ARTICLE 10 — RETURN POLICY
Orders placed with a promotional discount displayed on the site are eligible for size exchange only, no refund will be issued.
Customers may return their order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange. A refund or exchange may be obtained under the following conditions:
To initiate a return, customers must contact OLYNYA at olynya.wellness@gmail.com. OLYNYA will provide a return form and process the request.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. OLYNYA cannot be held responsible for any additional delays imposed by financial institutions.

OLYNYA bracelets are wellness accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns. OLYNYA is designed to complement, never replace, professional medical advice and care.
ARTICLE 11 — APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution of any dispute between the parties, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
